I’m Lauren, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist.
Coming to therapy, can feel like a big step. With me, it’s a gentle one.
First and foremost, you’ll be met with warmth, curiosity, and zero judgment. You don’t have to have everything figured out to show up. In fact, most people don’t. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin, I’ll meet you right where you are.

My passion comes from experience, having received hypnotherapy in my early 30s, my life changed for the better, no longer dragging along feelings created in the past, but with a clear, positive focus on my present and future...so, what are you waiting for?

Hypnotherapy works by guiding you into a deeply relaxed, focused state where your conscious mind can take a step back and your subconscious becomes more open to positive change. In this calm space, we work together to gently shift unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling or behaviour that may be holding you back. Alongside hypnosis, I also integrate proven psychotherapeutic approaches such as CBT, NLP and mindfulness, giving you practical tools you can use both in and out of sessions. Using a solution-focused approach, the emphasis is always on where you want to be, not on endlessly revisiting the past. Sessions are empowering, collaborative and tailoired to you - helping you tap into your own inner resources, build confidence, and move forward with clarity and purpose.

Each session is 60 minutes, and initially weekly is recommended.

120 minute session - an initial consultation is not required.

Yes, hypnotherapy is proven to be effective for many issues. Many people experience noticeable improvements after just a few sessions, with results continuing to strengthen over time.
Hypnosis or 'trance', can be described as a deeply relaxed yet mentally alert state. You may feel calm, light, focused, or pleasantly heavy - almost like that lovely moment just before you fall asleep at night. Every experience is unique, and however you respond is exactly right for you.
There's no fixed number, as everyone's needs and responses to hypnotherapy are different. As a general guide, most therapeutic work typically falls between 8-12 sessions. We'll regularly review your progress and tailor sessions to your individual goals.
Yes. Online hypnotherapy sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions and allow you to receive professional support from the comfort of your own space.
Hypnotherapy is completely safe when conducted by a trained, professional hypnotherapist. It is a natural state of mind similar to meditation or deep relaxation and does not involve medication or invasive procedures.
No. You are always fully in control during hypnosis and cannot be made to do or say anything against your will, values or beliefs. This is a cooperative process between you and me.
Yes. Hypnotherapy can be very effective for children and teens, especially for anxiety, confidence, sleep and habits. Parental consent is required and I will only treat children aged 8+
